Gastronomic concept: Jardins del Clot de la Mel

This location focuses on gastronomy and the art of eating and drinking. The sweet name of these gardens comes from the high-quality honey collected in this location. Located in one of the oldest quarters of Sant Martí de Provençals, known as Cros, which means deep hole. It makes reference to the position of cultivated lands found in deep hollows. This quarter was built by the old Roman way. Because of the abundance of cultivated flowers, between vegetable orchards and shrubbery, among which masses of rosemary, beehives were installed to make the most of this circumstance.
