Anna Ballbona  is a writer and journalist. He has published the novel Joyce i les gallines (finalist of the award Premi Llibres Anagrama 2016), and two poems books: Conill de gàbia (LaBreu Edicions, 2012) and La mare que et renyava era un robot (Galerada, 2008). It was selected for the anthology catalog Women Writers in Catalan (Raig Verd, 2016). Writes in various media, such as the newspaper Ara and the magazines L’Avenç, El Temps, Serra d’Or or Caràcters. She collaborates with the TV and boradcast programs Catalunya Vespre and Més 324.
