Madrid 1975. She is a professor at the Polytechnic School of Paris and curator of exhibitions. She is also a professor of Medieval History at the Autonomous University of Barcelona and a member of the Institut d'Estudis Medievaus. Doctor in Medieval History, she wrote the thesis on Gaston IV Viscount of Biarn (1090-1130), where she analyzes the character and his wife, Talèsa de Aragón, as well as the sociopolitical and cultural circumstances of the moment. He has done studies on the Biarn dynasty and its relationship with the kings of Aragon, with a special interest on the ideological and technical transfers in the conquest of the Ebro valley during the first decades of the XII. His studies are linked to the evolution of noble families in Occitania throughout the 13th and 14th centuries, with special attention to their involvement in the Cathar conflict. A part of his studies in Anthropology and History have taken place at the EHESS in Paris, where he works in the search for the figure of Pèir de Marca.
